In our Tenants' words

Real WareSpace Tenants on what a fully-equipped small warehouse actually does for a growing business.

WareSpace has been an absolute game changer for my business. I needed a small, affordable, secure warehouse with a full loading dock, shipping pickup, a conference room, and a community. WareSpace checked all those boxes and more.

We went from having 4 storage units to a small warehouse space that worked for us. Plenty of carts and pallet jacks for everyday use, and 24/7 access to the unit is a huge benefit.
Eduardo RamosWareSpace Houston, TX
Awesome place with awesome management! Free WiFi, A/C, dollies, pallet jacks, etc. Way more bang for the buck!

A nice, clean facility with great perks and amenities, kitchen/coffee station, loading docks, shipping area, and tons of parking. The General Manager and his team are super friendly and always on-site.

We appreciate the loading docks for loading up for daily jobs. There are units of various sizes that make it attainable to have a warehouse at a reasonable price. The community space is always pristinely clean.
Diane FloodWareSpace Downers Grove, IL
I've had other storage units in the past, but nothing has compared to WareSpace. I get to pack and ship orders the same day, surrounded by other business owners I can network with.

Questions about you + WareSpace

Is your business a fit for WareSpace?

The practical questions growing businesses ask before they tour, on working from your unit, perishables, sizing, docks, access, and light manufacturing.

Can I work from my warehouse space?

Yes. While we also have dedicated office spaces, many Tenants set up an office right inside their warehouse unit. Every unit has plenty of electrical outlets and fast WiFi, so it doubles as a workspace.

Is WareSpace suitable for perishable goods?

Our units are climate-controlled with HVAC 24/7, so they suit many temperature-sensitive products. Tenants with more sensitive goods can install their own refrigeration inside their private unit.

What businesses aren't a fit for WareSpace?

Businesses that require heavy industrial setups or loud machinery operation are not a good fit, since neighboring units are close by. If you need quiet-to-moderate operations like storage, fulfillment, assembly, or light manufacturing, you'll fit right in.

What if I need less space than I expected?

Every WareSpace is easily configurable. We can size your space up to whatever is available, or down to a minimum of 200 square feet, as your business needs change, without renegotiating a long-term lease.

Are there loading docks available for deliveries?

Yes. Every WareSpace location has shared loading docks and material-handling equipment standard, so shipping and receiving is seamless, no matter what you store or move.

Can I access my unit 24/7?

Yes. WareSpace provides secure 24/7 access, so you can reach your inventory, tools, or workspace whenever your business needs it.

Is WareSpace suitable for product assembly or light manufacturing?

Definitely. Many Tenants use their units for small-scale production, light manufacturing, and assembly work, with dock access, power, and HVAC all included.
