Poltex Global at a glance

The problem

Ground-level storage units with no loading dock, no AC, extreme temperatures, and pests; LTL shipments were a nightmare; couldn't find a space that checked all the boxes.

The solution

Climate-controlled warehouse with truck-level and ground-level docks, shared equipment (pallet jacks, electric stackers), all-inclusive pricing, and flexible unit sizes.

The results

Four expansions in 10 months; streamlined LTL shipments; eliminated equipment purchases; faster order fulfillment; room to keep growing.

Jason Faast runs Poltex Global, drop shipping luxury triple-pane European windows and doors for homedepot.com. Before WareSpace, he worked out of ground-level mini storage units with no loading docks, a swamp cooler for AC, and constant wildlife. Ten months at WareSpace later, he has expanded four times, from a small unit to a current double unit.

Before WareSpace: swamp coolers and scorpions

Jason operated out of multiple ground-level U-Haul-style storage units. When LTL trucks showed up at truck-bed height, there was no loading dock, so every delivery became a logistical nightmare requiring rented equipment and extra costs.

The environment was brutal: Texas summers with only a swamp cooler, freezing winters, and constant wildlife. He looked at locations from Denton to Mansfield, and nothing checked all the boxes.

Bad experiences from my old storage units were typically around the weather and the bugs and mice and lizards and snakes and scorpions. We never have to deal with that at WareSpace.

Making the switch: nothing missing

WareSpace offered multiple sizes, a truck-level dock and a ground-level dock in the same place, climate control, internet, and electricity, all included, right off the freeway. The first LTL container delivery confirmed he'd made the right choice.

Shared equipment pushed it over the top: pallet jacks, electric stackers, conference rooms, and a kitchen, all the gear he'd already priced out, included in one predictable monthly cost.

Where they are now: four expansions and counting

Ten months in, Poltex Global has moved four times, from a small unit to a double unit combining two larger spaces. The flexibility to scale up or down without multi-year contracts means the space always fits the business.

Operations became dramatically more efficient: the team fulfills orders and gets out faster, with key-code security and a climate-controlled environment that keeps out both weather and wildlife.

Describing WareSpace to another business owner, it's basically somebody who has done warehousing before that wants you to come see what they're doing. And you can tell they've done it before because there's nothing missing.
