Before WareSpace: a very "weird" operation
For its first years, Einstein Moving ran out of a cramped public storage unit with barely any outlets. The daily workflow meant driving up in the morning, seeing crews out, then heading back home to handle office work, with trucks, supplies, and the office split across three locations.
Grant wanted separation between office and home, but as a young startup, Einstein Moving wasn't ready to buy a space. They needed professional infrastructure without the commitment of ownership.
“Before we got here, we would come from our house up to our storage unit in the morning, see the trucks out, and then go back to our place at the end of it and just kind of wing it from there. It was very awkward and weird.”
