Einstein Moving Company at a glance

The problem

Operations scattered between a cramped storage unit, truck parking, and a home office; no loading docks; limited outlets; an inefficient daily workflow.

The solution

An all-in-one facility with truck parking, storage, office space, loading docks, conference rooms, 24/7 access, and dedicated parking spots.

The results

Doubled in size, from 2 trucks and 5 employees to 4 trucks and 14 people; streamlined daily operations; professional space for client meetings and team training.

Einstein Moving Company is a residential mover focused on honest, upfront pricing. Grant Hardison manages the Houston branch, where operations were once scattered across a cramped storage unit, separate truck parking, and a home office. Four years at WareSpace later, the company has doubled in size, from 2 trucks and 5 people to 4 trucks and 14 employees.

Before WareSpace: a very "weird" operation

For its first years, Einstein Moving ran out of a cramped public storage unit with barely any outlets. The daily workflow meant driving up in the morning, seeing crews out, then heading back home to handle office work, with trucks, supplies, and the office split across three locations.

Grant wanted separation between office and home, but as a young startup, Einstein Moving wasn't ready to buy a space. They needed professional infrastructure without the commitment of ownership.

Before we got here, we would come from our house up to our storage unit in the morning, see the trucks out, and then go back to our place at the end of it and just kind of wing it from there. It was very awkward and weird.

Making the switch: everything under one roof

WareSpace gave Einstein Moving an office, a storage unit, and truck parking in one inclusive location. Loading docks for both 18-wheelers and lift gates, plus shared pallet jacks and trolleys, transformed supply management.

Responsive, respectful building management, who honor parking spots and resolve issues quickly, ultimately became the deciding factor. Conference rooms now host monthly training days.

Where they are now: doubled in size

Four years in, Einstein Moving has doubled, from 2 trucks and 5 people to 4 trucks and 14 employees. No more bouncing between locations during the workday, with everything handled from one place.

24/7 access matters for crews finishing at midnight, security provides peace of mind, and a clean, professional facility builds client confidence.

Since finding this place, we've doubled in size. We started with two trucks and probably five people, and now we have four trucks and 14. I truly believe WareSpace had something to do with that.
