How do I pick the right size?
The most common questions about choosing square footage, fitting pallets, and resizing as you grow. Units start at $1,000/month, all-inclusive.
What size warehouse space do I actually need?
A good rule of thumb: 200 to 400 sq ft suits a solo seller or side business outgrowing a storage unit or garage, 400 to 1,000 sq ft fits a real operation with daily inventory and fulfillment, and 1,000 to 2,000+ sq ft works for an established business that wants a full warehouse footprint. If you're unsure, book a tour and the on-site General Manager will help you right-size based on your inventory, equipment, and how much you ship.
How many pallets fit in each size?
As a rough guide, a 200 to 400 sq ft unit holds about 8 to 15 pallet positions, 400 to 1,000 sq ft holds roughly 15 to 40, and 1,000 to 2,000+ sq ft holds 40 to 100 or more, depending on racking height and aisle layout. Because every WareSpace unit includes industrial racking, you get vertical storage, not just floor space.
Can I change unit size later as my business grows?
Yes. Terms run 6 to 12 months, so you can size up for peak season or a new contract, then size back down afterward, without renegotiating a long-term lease or paying reallocation fees. Many tenants start in a Starter unit and move into a larger one within the same building as they scale.
Do smaller units still include loading docks and HVAC?
Yes. Shared loading docks and HVAC climate control are standard in every WareSpace unit, no matter the size. So is industrial racking, 24/7 keypad-secured access, utilities, and WiFi. The amenities don't shrink with the square footage, only the room does.
How much does each size cost?
Units start at $1,000/month, all-inclusive, and exact pricing scales with unit size and location. Rather than publish per-tier prices that vary by market, we give you a firm all-inclusive quote on a tour, or you can get an instant estimate online. That one flat fee covers loading docks, HVAC, racking, utilities, WiFi, security, and amenities, with no NNN or CAM surprises.
What if I'm between two sizes?
When you're on the fence, size up. The cost difference between tiers is usually small relative to the disruption of running out of room mid-season, and because terms are short, you're never locked in if you over-estimate. On a tour we'll walk both options so you can see the footprint in person before deciding.
Not sure which size? Tour a unit.
