Suppliers wouldn't ship large equipment to PO boxes and business registrations rejected them, while semi-truck drivers arrived in Kelly's suburb convinced they had the wrong location. When deliveries happened, condensers ended up in her garage.
Her dog barked during business calls, kids interrupted meetings, and household tasks distracted from essential work.
“A lot of the large manufacturers could not deliver to a home address and so we needed an address like this that had drive-up dock doors and a place to store large equipment for a few days until we could install it in the buildings.”
