How big are the units, and can I change size later?
Units range from about 200 to 2,000+ square feet, small enough that people often search for a mini warehouse or micro-warehouse for rent, but built out like a real warehouse with loading docks and racking. Because we run short-term 6- and 12-month terms, you can size up or size down as your business changes, without renegotiating a lease or paying reallocation fees. Do I need a personal guarantee or a long-term lease?
