Warespace is amazing! Honestly, our business was in a really difficult spot. We were bursting at the seams, trying to piece together storage units, per-pallet warehouse storage, and our garage...and it was a nightmare. We just wanted (and needed) everything to be under one roof - but we also did not have the ability to rent a full warehouse space (which would require long-term leases and full buildouts).
Warespace is as turnkey as it gets. The front part feels like a WeWork. Slick kitchen and conference room where you can do the business side of things. And when it's time to fulfill orders, the personal warehouse units are absolutely perfect. We pack and ship everything in a clean, well-lit space, taking advantage of the full range of carts, pallet jacks, and more that are all provided free of charge from Warespace. There's even a spot to stage our orders for UPS so we no longer have to wait around at the end of the day from the delivery truck to come - when we're done packing, we can head out the door and know the packages will get picked up and delivered safely.
The on-site manager Michael has been tremendously helpful from the first day we took our tour, and has been working diligently to make sure the new space was ready to go for all of us early tenants. This was no easy feat, as this particular Warespace just opened a few weeks ago...but for us, it already feels like home.
Cannot recommend this place enough for small businesses and entrepreneurs. It's perfect!
